What is REO?

• Real estate owned (REO) properties, also known as foreclosures, are homes or propertiesthat are bank-owned.

Here is a Bubble chart of those 2 years. Bubble charts are very illuminating in showing trends within a market.

Thoughts:

This is an amazing opportunity.

• There is a large demand for investor quality deals and few deals to be had.
• The institutionalized distressed market in and of itself is a bit of a closed society. When this part of the distressed market losses its market share it creates opportunities.
